For use:
Herbal Teas (leaf, flower, lightweight teas): 1 tsp per cup of boiling water, 5-15 minutes
Herbal Teas (roots, berries, and barks): 1 tsp per cup of boiling water, 10-20 minutes
Morning Roast Coffee Alternative: 1 tbsp per cup of water. Make with Turkish Coffee/cezve, French Press, Pour Over, or Drip.
